Depending on the type of care you receive there are a few options available to you following your visit:

• Accessing Services - Our Client/Patient Access Services (CPAS) area can help you find solutions to your specific health care needs or concerns. Our care coordinators will help you with access and determining eligibility for home care, special care homes, therapies and other community services. 

• After Surgery - Should you need assistance at home after surgery Home Care services are available by calling 306-655-4300.

• Spiritual, Cultural or Emotional Support - our Spiritual and Cultural Care services offers spiritual, cultural and emotional support to patients and families.
