How to Access Clinic Services

The MS Clinic is for persons who have been previously diagnosed or who are suspected of having MS.  Anyone interested in being seen by a physician at the clinic must first obtain a referral from their family physician, neurologist, or other specialist.  Following receipt of this information an appointment will be made.  On the patient's first visit to the clinic, they will be assessed by the physician who will establish and/or confirm a diagnosis of MS and provide a plan for disease management and follow-up care.  Following this, you will meet with the clinic nurse who will provide symptom management and help coordinate your health care needs related to living with MS.

Appointments are approximately 2 hours.
