Kidney Health Community Program

The Kidney Health Community Program was developed to assist the increasing number of people in Saskatchewan with chronic kidney disease – a condition that occurs when the kidneys don't work well for longer than three months. 

Our mission 

Our mission is to reach and communicate with populations at risk for chronic kidney disease.

We work with communities in northern and central Saskatchewan to create awareness of and provide education about risk factors for the disease. We also work with partners in other organizations to help prevent kidney disease by promoting healthy lifestyle choices related to:
