Public Service Announcement: RUH Parkade Entrance to Close Easter Long Weekend

Patients and visitors coming to Royal University Hospital over the Easter long weekend will have to take a different path in order to park their vehicles in the hospital’s parkade.

Starting Thursday evening, the RUH parkade entrance via Hospital Drive will be closed for four days. During this time, Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan construction crews will be installing pilings in this area. You will be able to access the parkade by using the entrance located next to the Saskatoon Cancer Centre on the University of Saskatchewan campus. Access to the RUH emergency department, Dubé Centre and the 1955 hospital building via Hospital Drive will remain open.

Signage will be in place over the long weekend to re-route traffic.

Saskatoon Health Region is reminding everyone to give themselves additional time when coming to hospital and thanks you for your continued patience and cooperation.

The RUH parkade entrance is scheduled to re-open Tuesday, March 29 by 6 a.m.
